Ingredients: Tulsi (holy basil), Cinnamon, Licorice, Rock Salt, Arjun Bark, Amla (Indian gooseberry), Rose, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Triphala, Turmeric, Fennel, Clove, Pipli (long pepper), Bay Leaf, Javitri (mace), Nutmeg, Star Anise, Asafoetida, Brahmi, and Ashwagandha
Brewing Instructions:
- Bring water to boil and stop further heating.
- Put 2 gms (1 tsp) tisane/ 1 tea bag to 1 cup (200ml) water and cover with a lid.
- Allow tisane to brew for 3-4 minutes or according to desired strength.
- Tisane can be rebrewed one or 2 more times. Allow additional 30 seconds of steeping time for every reuse.
